This game was actually pretty fun, I enjoyed it :)
One notable bug would be the fact that the score can't get higher than 1.
Another one, I'm not quite sure if I should call it a bug or a feature, but when the turtle flips, it runs on it's back, and it's really funny :)
Otherwise it's really good for a first game.
Really simple, but for your first game, I would say it's good enough. Good luck on your future games!
