Cars break, so BREAKs the rules.
Also bringing a gun to a race, its breaking the rules of the race,
Finally the finish line is some tape, so the whole point of the race is to get to the tape first.

Cool map design, I think some instructions on how to play it would have made it easier. Or maybe some ui elements.
I like way the cars look! Also the sound effect if you die is fun :P
Clever take on the theme, felt like more of an aim-trainer exercise in multitasking (driving the car and keeping the muse focused on the other car). Still a great submission!
Cool game. Shooting them doesn't seem to do much. it does allow you to win though so it works good.

nice game! but at first it wasn't clear that i was supposed to shoot and that the read was the duct tape :)
I think it's slow for racing game. Maybe you shoud add more speed
