I love the use of the Gameboy color palette. This is just the sort of endless game I could imagine playing to pass a long car ride as a kid. Good work!
Thanks! Glad I was able to spark some nostalgia.
A fun little game! It definitely got pretty challenging near the end (I got to 125 computers and 9690 points). One minor suggestion I would have is putting in a game over screen, or resetting back to the main menu after losing. The game kind of just stopped abruptly after I lost the last of my health.
Oh weird, I’ll take a look at that. There should be a game over screen but it sounds like you found a bug. Thanks for letting me know.
No problem.
If you get a chance, could you let me know what browser and OS you’re using?
Sure, no prob. I was running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS and Firefox 61.0.1. The game basically froze with 1 hp left (I think I was being damaged at the time). Hope that helps!
Perfect, thanks for the info!
So funny <3
Thanks!
I liked a lot this game. Simple, fun, and have a great visual.
It's amazing how a simple game can be fun! Great job!
Thanks, glad you liked it!
This game is nice. I really like that you went all out on green, as I think it works really well with this game. The only thing I don't like is that I don't know what all of the powerups do. The coffee speeds you up, but I'm not sure what the floppy disk does and what the book with an alien on it does is a mystery to me.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.
The floppy fixes all currently broken PCs and the book just gives points. Thanks for bringing that up, I’ll add to the description.
Thank you!
