The monthly jam runs from the second Friday of each month until the 2nd Tuesday from that time (11 days)! Come join and finish a project!

The goal is to just make something and finish it. There will be a theme for inspiration and to show that you did it in the jam time, but it's up to you whether you follow it and how.

The theme is:

  Quickest

No, you don't need to make a car game, it's just a theme, interpret it liberally!

There are also optional themes that are not voted on. These are just an extra challenge or inspiration you can do!

  No numerals; 123456789 are all illegal characters. Other systems of counting, such as 正 or tally or other made up systems of numbers are allowed.

There will also be an extra optional theme (not voted on). This is just an extra thing you could do for fun!

The theme is optional, but games are voted against it. It's up to you whether you care about the voting, and whether you care about the theme.

It will be a single word from a random word generator and curated so it's not silly or impossible, just the right amount of interesting. Overall, we're looking for a good excuse to make something, not follow strict guidelines or anything.

Example themes. This is the style of theme, just a word you can use as inspiration. Intentionally vague enough to have diverse potential. The actual theme will be decided and posted here and on the Discord at the start of the jam.
