Moopy Jam is a month-long game jam made as an event to encourage learning the RenPy tool to create a visual novel short story.

Can I participate?

Even though it's originally meant for the Moo team to learn a toolset together, everybody is welcome to join!

Theme

The theme for this game jam is M O N S T E R M O V I E

Create a short story with RenPy inspired by classic monster movies. Feel free to diverge from that as much as you'd like, but the general idea is to have a story where some unknown thing (monster, ooze, aliens) is causing some sort of havoc (kidnapping puppies, stealing tacos, etc.)!
