Welcome to the Moriko-sama Birthday Game Jam!

This game jam is hosted by Hikiyami Moriko a Vtuber as part of his Birthday celebrations.

You have one month (Jan 07 - Feb 07) to create a game that fits the theme of the jam. Once the Game Jam is over (Feb 07), all submissions will be open for public voting  for an entire week, Moriko will upload videos for all entries and on his birthday (Feb 14) Moriko will announce the winner on stream. or in the  unlikely case that there are too many entries, he will pick his favorites and from the submitted games choose a winner.

Theme

The theme for this years  game jam is: FOREST.

Rules

1. Submitted games cannot contain offensive, discriminatory, or NSFW content. (*)
2. Avoid incorporating content that violates Youtube's Terms of Service in your submitted games.
3. Submitted games MUST include Vtuber Hikiyami Moriko in some noticeable way.
4. Games should be playable on browser or Windows desktop.
5. Feel free to utilize pre-made, publicly available, or purchased assets, ensuring proper credit is given as necessary. 
6. DON'T USE AI, the use of any AI GENERATED content or assets is prohibited and games will be disqualified and removed.
7. After the submission period concludes, there will be a week allocated for rating the games.

Suggestions

• Game should include members from the Moriko family such as Hikiyamo Moriko, Moriko Imouto, The Hikidachis, Shushuterasu and Nier
• All types of games are welcome, however Moriko loves RPGmaker games, Visual Novels, Point and Click, Tower Defense and Platformers
• Games can be of any length but don't make a 50k words VN please...
• Try not to include copyrighted music that may cause issues with Youtube,  this may cause your game to not be played.
• Have fun.

Ratings

• Fun: How enjoyable is the game
• Visuals: How visually appealing is the game
• Audio: Does it feature cool music and sound effects
• Innovation: Is the game creative and uses the Jam rules in a creative way
• Theme: Does the game follow the jam theme.

All entries will be added to a special list and another special list will be created to showcase the winner of every year.

(*)-If you are not sure if a topic or depiction is OK refer to other games I played before in the channel, like light pixel gore and revealing clothes are OK.
