I really like the idea of a monster mimicking objects, it makes you feel really vulnerable, you can't trust that you're safe in a room full of objects. I had a lot of fun with this. I would like to see a more polished version of this game in the future. Great work!
That's so nice thank you for playing.
I like the idea of a Thing-like creature that mimics objects instead and eventually hunts you down if you fail to find it first. Although I wish it were a lot tougher to kill and more vicious when you do manage to fail identifying it. I also had trouble getting used to the sensitivity; I think the base setting is way too high even when I turned down my mouse's dpi. Neat concept and good job overall though!
Thanks for the feedback, i was always worried it'd be too hard to find so I tried to make it a little easy to kill, yeah my apologies for the sensitivity need to remember to look at that for the next time.
This was really fun. It took a minute to realize how to reload but once I got that it was awesome.
Yeah thanks man, I know a few people mentioned the reload button not being shown, I just completely forgot.
I really liked your concept. It even got a little difficult towards the end trying to figure out what the monster was. I won't say what it was, but your last monster jumpscared me. Definitely wasn't expecting him. I almost wasn't able to play the game, because I didn't know I could re-load my shotgun. Once I figured it out though, it was all good. I think this has some great potential. I understand you made this in a short amount of time, and considering that, this is great.
Thanks very much, I really appreciate the feedback.
Pretty good game, very creative and original. It just needs a lot more polish.
I like the idea of shooting the monster to reveal itself, but I don't like the idea of it coming to life after time runs out. Instead I would have the game just kill you instantly and punish you someway.
The weakest part of the game is definitely the audio and the clarity of the gameplay. I had to put my audio at FULL BLAST to hear the tutorial, and some of the sound effects felt weak.
The tutorial itself didn't make a whole lot of sense. It says to shoot the out of place object, which isn't that hard to understand, but trying to figure out the out of place object felt like it didn't make a whole lot of sense because at times some things felt really out of proportion. I was actually playing thinking to myself, "Damn! That is a huge bathtub and toilet!" I like how you have to determine the odd one out, like what you did in the 1st level. I want to see more of that, and maybe put objects in places that don't make a whole lot of sense (maybe a toilet in the living room)
On the plus side, this is a very original idea and I would love to see you flesh it out and what more you can do.
Thanks very much I appreciate the feedback.
Shoot-em-up!
I enjoyed the game, very much. It had the sensitivity, which really made me struggle, but overall, it was neat and peaceful. Enjoyed it very much. Not perfect, but good game.
Hey thanks for the feedback.
