Animations were really cool. I enjoyed it. Movement was jagged tho.
Yeah, movement, I think, is tied to the framerate. Zech was able to make it smoother by disabling vsync (nvidia control panel) and running the game for the third or fourth time.
Moving mouse make guy go fast. Cool.
