Your goal is to work together to steal a lot of gold from the city.
Come and steal from the townspeople, but don't get caught by the blue guards. With a high level of fame, you will be sent to prison.
Break into houses and steal from the chests of local residents, but remember that if you are noticed by the blue guards during the break-in, your fame will increase many times over.
