Art: Background art is unique, with there being changes in style as you go along. Character sprites are very well polished with excellent designs. Button, in particular is a great design. Mushroom girl for the win. Most of all, I enjoyed how the art complimented the game itself. A moment that sticks out to me is when you decide to open the curtains, and when you do, the background changes from this dark, confined room into a full screen sky. Very evocative artwork all around. Also, the music is excellent. Would totes download the soundtrack. 5/5. 

Gameplay: A short and simple game driven by how your dialogue options affect both the characters moods. It is very in depth, with 9 endings all depending on what you choose to say, think and do. I was able to play as if I were the MC, and never felt like I was forced to choose something I wouldn't do.  5/5 

Characters: I cannot say enough about how well realized these two characters are. The MC is highly relatable to a large amount of people experiencing anxiety, self-esteem issues, and depression. He never feels tacky or 'extra'. And Butoon is able to be a motivating ray of light, without ever coming across as pretentious. She is as she is because she is innocent. And it is upon replays of the game, and seeking out all the endings, that you learn how this innocence can be tragic as well... Overall, Characters I fell in love with and am still having trouble letting go. 5/5. 

This is a really cute project, definitely held my attention for a good while! I loved the fact that it makes you research stuff yourself every once in a while, I didn't think I'd be learning about adequate water ph levels when I first clicked on this, that's for sure. It's a really charming story, well done!

This game is so unapologetically sad but so very worth playing.
