WELCOME!

Welcome to the MVHS Game Development Club game jam! This is mainly for MVHS students, however you are completely allowed to join even if you aren't! Each Jam will have a set theme that you don't HAVE to follow, but we recommend following it since it makes it far more fun. The jams are ranked with the following: Gameplay, Graphics, and Sound which this club helps teach others how to balance these to create a fun experience for the developers, and the players as well.

Take this theme into whatever context you would like, and make a game based on this theme!

JAM RULES

1. Teams are allowed

2. You can use any engine you'd like

3. Keep things safe for work, no NSFW

4. If there will be blood, keep it minimal since this is a school club, a small amount is fine

5. All games must run in a web browser (HTML)

6. You don't have to incorperate the theme, BUT it would be a fun challenge to include (just to practice game development skills)

7. All games must be free to play, don't make us pay for your game jam game (You can make a full on game and sell it seperately obviously)

8. You cannot reuse prior games (either from this jam series, or just games you've already made before joining this club (Although you can reuse your own code of course))

9. You may use stock assets/templates or paid assets/templates, just give credit to what you used
