Good game! I too liked the floatiness of the character and responsiveness feels good; I love the graphics! they give me vibes of being on Mars-like planet :)

One little change i'd say is to give a visual indication of when 'float' starts, you could have the character as 'deflated' (perhaps animation exaggeration concept) when jumping up and then 'inflate' (what it looks like right now) it when falling down

Also, footstep sound is tad too sharp for my taste :)

thanks for taking the time to play the game. Your feedback is super. Would you mind rating the game according to what you think of it? 😊

Well this game is a really good one , i personally like the art in it and the character feels very alive . Only one small thing the jumping sometimes feels weird but everything else is very good ! good job !!

hi! Thanks for taking the time to play the game. What would you change to make the jump better? Also, I’d appreciate if you rank the game according to what you think it deserves

i liked it! i feel like it's a tad floaty when you jump but other than that it's very fun and feels nice when you move around

Thanks! I unfortunately didn't polish the movement as much as I would have liked to. Feel free to rate the game based on your experience :)

Hey I finished it :) I like the jumping controller, and I'm curious, what other uses had you thought for the shield?

It was supposed to contain a multi stage boss fight where it deflected the bosses various attacks against it. Didn't get to that point because we had some collaboration challenges within the initial team :)
