I like the Art an Animations, but you could easily improve it with some Soundtrack, Sound Effects and a small Tutorial and it seems to me that the first Level is to hard, because the enemy AI just spawns Soldiers 24/7 and when you don't spam as well it gets really clustered with a huge line before your castle like your a Disney Land attraction. Oh and the Itch.Io page is somehow really weird you should have a quick look at that again.
Sound effects and a small tutorial would be a fantastic idea to implement!
It is pretty hard but if you play it multiple times you will find a strategy to win the game. I wanted it to be pretty hard because it is on the hard level ( might add some more in the future just doesn't feel enough motivated atm) (I think it's pretty hard to get a balance too because i am new to programming and i have no education etc, and i dont really know how to fix so it's balance in the game)
And i'll take a look at the itch.io page!
