The description and the actual game is a bit misleading. The Doctor doesn't come off as a misogynist. He's more of a somewhat-comical and stereotypical manbaby who complains too much and is envious of others. Basically a loser. If the author wanted me to hate him, they failed, I'd probably find him annoying more than anything.
I couldn't take the game seriously for the most part because whenever there's a choice or after every other line of text, there's some stock footage "spooky" effect in her box. Realistic eyes behind her, hand prints, blacked-out eyes and glitched look.
It was too obvious in the first lines of text that she hated the doctor. I would have found it more interesting if at first she was neutral towards the doctor. Then based on her knowledge of humans, his personality, and how he acts towards her, she gradually comes to hate him instead. Would make the themes of abuse and the author could actually flesh out the doctor as a misogynist.
