Judge feedback

Judge feedback is anonymous.

  • Gameplay: I'm not sure what the game play is. That said I was able to move and...do something? So it has functional components, and that's a great job for a first game jam! Creativity & Innovation: Since I can't tell what the game is supposed to be or what the systems are, I can't provide any feedback on this. Theme Adherence: I was able to make a line, and the population goes up, so there is clear intent on being in line with the jam theme. Playability & User Experience: I was able to move smoothly, until my avatar dissapeared forever. One thing that is critical in games is communicating to players how to play, even if it's a controls/goals screen that you go to from the main menu. Players need to know the rules of the game to be able to participate. Art and Design: Low poly trees look good, and the buildings are clearly buildings! Overall Fun Factor: Due to not being able to really understand how to play, I'm unable to comment on this. As an overall comment: This is a functional product for your first game jam, and that's a huge win! Keep up the good work.

Good job on not giving up! I've entered a few game jams where I haven't completely  finished and just gave up! I'm gonna follow this game to serve as encouragement to complete it!

Thank you for your kind words ! I've planned to work on it (at least complete full mechanics and UI) after the end of the voting period

Looks like an interesting mechanic!  I couldn't quite figure out what the goal was, but hoping to see more!

Thank you for playing ! It's still an unfinished prototype that I want to finish after the jam (at least it will be understandable)
