Nordic Game For All Jam announcement + rules All for one and one for all. The online edition of Nordic Game conference

 - Nordic Game conference begins with a Game Jam! Nordic Game For All is proud to be hosting a game jam in the Spring of 2023.

We have two themes you can choose from to make your game:

- Accent
- Save the Forest

Rules for the Jam are as follows

• The goal is to form a team and create a game product during 19th-21st of May 2023. (You can participate as solo as well but you have to have a team name)
• Community chosen theme or (sponsor theme) - has to be easily perceived from the game product.You must be of legal adult age in the country from which you are attending the jam

• The work is to be started and completed during the jam weekend. (You can think of ideas and form teams before the starting date but  the actual work can only start on the 19th)
•  All the work has to be self made or either usable with a creative commons license
•  You can remix your old code
•  You can photobash or remix image assets that are free to use with a creative commons license
• Use the team spaces provided in the Nordic Game server for discussions related to the work. (The spaces provided will be private, visible only to the Nordic Game Staff, to you and your teammates) This is done so that the staff of NG can observe that the Code of Conduct is being held. (Once you have your team ready, DM Emmi in the discord to let us know you have your team and we assign you with a room) 
• All the team members have to be signed up on the NG Discord Server (Join here: https://discord.gg/Gnyk9hJQmS )
• Our code of conduct also applies to the games produced in the jam
• Since we are an online jam, to help with the judging the finished product should be a windows build of a pc game.

Additional notes

 - The contestants have the rights to the game they make/finish during the game jam.

 - Nordic Game has the rights to use assets created during the game jam for marketing purposes.

Prizes

Everyone knows that its already a win when you get to finish your game on time, but we have other prizes in store for those who finish in time and whose prototypes show great promise! 

All those who submit on time get a free online pass for this springs Nordic Game Conference. We will be in touch with you via discord dm's to sort out the details.

Other prizes to be won are:

A piece of land and 1 digital tree on the Games Forest Club Platform (will include their own Landing page with name and short description of their project)
