We believe that AI in games should be focused on using easily distributable small language models allowing the end user to run it privately on their own devices and without the need for constant internet access. Local LLMs open up cool and exiting possibilities for creating interactive and dynamic game experiences, that we have barely started to explore in the gaming space. This jam is our way of gathering the community to showcase some cool and innovative ideas on how to use local LLMs in games.
Create an innovative game using local language models! Showcase some cool novel ways of integrating LLMs into your game, whether it be by using dynamic dialogue, having a LLM as a moral judge of your actions or something completely different. We want to see what is possible with lightweight AI in gaming. You can participate whether you're using our NobodyWho plugin or your own implementation, however prizes are only for games implementing the NobodyWho plugin.
Show us how local LLMs can create unique gaming experiences.
*Cash prizes are only available for games using the NobodyWho plugin (🫥)
