Previously known as (Not) Too Strict Jam
Hello game developers!
This jam is almost like any other here, but with a twist!
Instead of a theme that’s revealed at the start of the jam, you’ll be given a genre to work within! But there's more – you’ll also need to follow a specific rule in your game’s design.
You'll have 14 days to create your game, followed by a week (7 days) of voting. Voting is public, and to participate, you must rate at least three other games before voting on others.
Optional challenges are also available, which won’t affect public voting but will be judged separately!
While this jam is ranked, there are no prizes – the rankings are just for friendly competition, similar to your favorite shooter game rankings :D
Bonus!
Your submission may even be streamed by streamers, bringing extra attention to your game!
Join the Discord server, and check #streams to see if anyone is streaming submissions.
