I got up to the third level but died twice, if you don't jump straight up and land on the leaf you instantly die and have to start from the beginning :(. I only realized this the second time.
In all, loved the art and the main character. The controls were fine and I enjoyed solving the little puzzles needed to progress. great job!
i'm not personally stellar at platformers so i didn't manage to reach the end, though this was fun! reminded me of more old-school horny games aesthetics-wise, and i also genuinely liked having angel bell as a mechanic to mix things up a bit.
I must be abysmal at them, I couldn't even make the jump after the beer 馃槄
Same here. Not sure if it was a bug or if I just suck, but I couldn't double jump after the beer box.
It was by design - single jump onto the beer box and then use your double jump when you bounce off it to reach the leaf.
I've updated it now to reset your double jump when you land on the beer box. So if you double jumped to reach the box you'll have it again to reach the leaf.
It's a bit of a tricky jump and in hindsight, probably not appropriate for level one haha.
