The Omegaverse Jam is a two months long jam dedicated to story focused works featuring omegaverse themes.

What is omegaverse?

Also known as A/B/O [from Alpha, Beta, Omega].  In short it's a setting where people have developed sexual characteristics automatically placing them in a hierarchical system. While it started as a fanfic trope, a lot of original works exist.

You can read a more detailed description here.

Rules

  1. The work must be story focused [visual novels, text adventures and such are encouraged] and feature omegaverse themes.
  2. Your work should be free at least for a month after the jam ends so everyone who took part can play it. You're free to make it paid later on, though.  [Due to people not following this rule in my previous jams, I'll be forced to remove entries that are paid from the very beginning.]
  3. You can start working before the jam starts or finish older projects, the goal is to have something playable by the time the jam ends.
  4. Demos and fanworks are fine.
  5. You're free to make the work 18+ but always add appropriate warnings.
  6. Projects made using AI are heavily discouraged and its use should be directly mentioned on the page.
  7. Any project reported to be using stolen assets will be removed from the jam. CC assets with credit are perfectly fine.
  8. There are no prizes nor rankings [seriously, it's not ranked]. Everyone who finished their project is a winner.
  9. Have fun :D

Can I [insert thing here]?

If you have any doubts about your entry, please refer to the FAQ or feel free to hit me up [Awiola] on discord/tumblr/the jam forum.

Generally the rules are pretty broad and as long as a typical player could without a doubt consider your work to have omegaverse themes, it should be fine. Whether it's pwp, furry, ger, a horror, harem, queer, het or anything else doesn't matter.
