I love how the experience in the game can depend largely on the player's own lifestyle. Definitely reminded me of when I used to struggle with insomnia myself. Really well written!

This is a good educational tool! It's interesting to me that if someone has perfect sleep hygiene they won't see much content, whereas when I answer the opening questions honestly I get a pretty much 1-to-1 description of how hard it is for me to get to sleep. Clearly I need to make some changes to my life. What a great lesson!
