Your game was playtested by me. It's indeed interesting. Especially because I have real psyche-related powers - see proofs below. There are just following mistakes:

  1. Rule "Add Jam." before explanation of the term was understood by me as a funny way to ask the reader to make a game Jam.
  2. Jam number 8 isn't numbered.
  3. There are 2 pages and it's impossible to be played with just the 1st page. So it should be disqualified from the 1 page Jam. I'm not hate speaking nor wanting to remove a GOoD game from the Jam. I also made a game with more pages - but playable with just the 1st page.
  4. Dotted fields in the PC sheet are disturbing.

With thanks for your masterpiece,

your happy ex-Patient

Thanks Ormrin Sinkalte Ged - Sparrowhawk!

I fixed Jam 8. The rules for the one-page Jam state: Submissions must be a fully playable RPG system on a single page. (Back pages and separate character sheets are allowed.) So I was just going by that.

Generally, I've revised and clarified the rules quite a bit based on some other feedback I've received. :)

Take care!

Second page and even character sheets are allowed, but the game have to playable with just the 1st page. Reed the whole rules for this Jam, not just the summary.

I'm at your side...

Many of the submissions are using both sides of a sheet of paper for their rules. I don't think this is against the rules or spirit of the Jam.

Let me quote rule 1. : "Submissions must be a fully playable RPG system on a single page".

The allowing of second side and character sheets (and other stuff) should have to be not needed for full playfulness.

FAQ answer; The game can be spread across both sides, but keep the core rules onto a single side. Use the 'back page' for ancillary info such as GM tools.  https://itch.io/jam/one-page-rpg-jam-2024/topic/3889509/faq-2024

Again, I think there are many submissions like mine, but regardless, there's now an upload called, "Split-Second Psychics Compact".

I know that there are more people who didn't read / understand the rule. But because it's not rated jam, it doesn't matter.

Your game looks SO cool. I totally dig the aesthetic of the gamepage on itch.io but also - the game itself looks like it'd be REALLY fun to play just at a glance. Awesome work.
