Hey devs! Welcome to the 8th Optical Jam! Happy Halloween everybody. We are back from a 30 day vacation! Every month we host a week long event that will challenge you and make you all stronger developers.

The theme is down below:

Special Challenge:

This is your target. His name is Tim Ruswick. If you don't know him, I would highly recommend subscribing to his YouTube channel, Game Dev Underground. He dives into the psychology of game development and is truly motivational to any developer (noobs and pros alike). And most importantly, he loves playing horror games. In fact, he loves them so much, that Optical Jam has decided to host a challenge to any jammer to create the scariest, most horrifying experience for him. Who's up for the challenge?

After the jam, get your submission played by Tiger_J. He is a developer who is very insightful and will provide some fantastic feedback. I highly recommend everyone to tune to see all the games get played.
