Interesting concept, good job. Though I feel like having the health regenerate sort of throw off the game loop a bit and removed the challenge.
Cool little game. The controls are somewhat difficult but it reminds me of an arcade machine control system, somewhat of a challenge to use xD
Can you show source code, because i don't know how rate one script? Game is not bad, but aiming and shooting very uncomfortable. I think it would be easier to aim with the mouse. Nice work)

I couldn't get the mouse aiming to work so I made the aiming with the keyboard
