Description
This song contains swearing and mature themes.

PLASTIC & PLATE is the music track for the opening cinematic of GLEAMPUNK, a non-existent action game set in a near-future where corporations hold all the power and laborers get worked to death. (Wait, what year is it?)

In it, rapper-hacker-activist `pkill` traps the Metacorp CEO in the elevator on the way to his office, and serves him up a beat-down that he'll never forget.

Message from the artist:
The track focuses around flamboyant anti-corporatism, and touches on themes of income inequality, corporate greed, transhumanism, and collective action. Lyrics are in the project description!

It contains swearing and mature themes.

How does it fit the theme?
Cyberpunk isn't just about technology -- it's about the ways that technology changes society. The lyrics draw heavily from communal cyberpunk lore -- mirrorshades, deckers, cyborgs, and daredevil shadowrunners -- but also highlights how technological advances, when left to their own devices, only serve to empower the already-powerful.

Oops, the cyberpunk future is the one we're living in right now.

Really nice opening! I can totally imagine this as the opening cinematic for a game with some undeground badass protagonist. 100% fitting the descriptrion!
