damn, i love this game so much! the difficulty was perfect, music was perfect - sounds copyrighted but whatever and it was just so good and had a great concept to it and everything
I enjoyed this grim, ominous experience.
The audio-driven game mechanics were super enjoyable and well implemented. The low-poly graphics scratched my endless itch for nostalgic and creepy gaming, and the short-but-poignant dialogue complemented the eerie atmosphere perfectly, leaving room for our own imagination to come into play and wonder what happened to the tortured souls encountered around the map.
The fast and slightly sensitive manoeuvrability of the character caused me to fall off ledges and not land on the platforms I was aiming for quite a few times (which albeit may be intentional at times to add to the challenge), but this personally didn't take away from the experience nor frustrate me too much as an enjoyer of parkour in video games. Given the time limit I think everything was well executed.
All-in-all a short, sweet, and chill horror game. Will definitely be revisiting it to appreciate the graphics and atmosphere. Good job dev! :)
This is looking really cool! I definitely can see the potential with where this could go. Lot of possible upgrades, interesting boss fights and designs.
I do wish that the demo had an upgrade that wasn't just "make resources faster" as I feel like the main part I personally wanted to explore were the possible upgrades. Like spending resources on a new attack, using the resources to buy more time to beat the boss, etc.
Tons of potential here really interested to see where this goes! Nice work!
Good game, good music, could have more content in a sense of enemies or obstacles
