I liked the use of the colours to add a bit more depth by rewarding riskier gameplay.

Ahh, apologies, I uploaded yesterday right before I went to bed and forgot to write down instruction. I am also kinda used to everyone having love2d installed in my circles, however, here you go https://love2d.org/
I would be nice if you could export your game to an exe file so it would more accessible. so people don't have to dowload love2d just to play this game
