This mechanic fits the theme of the jam very well and it's also really fun to use, great job
Fun game!
These are some of the cutest tin cans I've ever seen! There is only really one thing I would recommend you to improve the game, make the cans spawn in intervals. So either every second can is a spicy one or the player chooses as wich can they spawn and the anmount of every can is limited or something.
Otherwise a very good game!
