BUNDLE IS LIVE
Palestinians are being persecuted from their homes in an ongoing genocide. Due to the armed actions of Israel, they lack access to essentials such as food, water, electricity and medical care.
In response to this crisis, all proceeds from the Palestinian Relief indie bundle will be donated to the PCRF (Palestine Children's Relief Fund). PCRF describes itself as "the primary humanitarian organization in Palestine, delivering crucial and life-saving medical relief where it is needed most". By donating to the PCRF, Palestinians will have better access to medical relief, food and water.
We encourage as much of the itch.io community as possible to participate. We believe it would help fundraising and show solidarity with the Palestinians. Please read below for the submission guidelines!
F.A.Q
How do I submit? On your itch.io account, join the jam and pick one of your projects to submit. You will then be asked to fill out a form. When the jam closes for entries, you'll be contacted afterwards confirming that you approve to have your project be part of the bundle.
How long will the bundle go for? See here!We are planning on keeping the bundle on for almost a month from February to March (29 days). We will update this page with the exact dates once we receive confirmation from itch on when the bundle can be processed.
Is this a game jam? This is a submission portal for games into an upcoming charity bundle for Palestine. There is no need to create or start new projects during the submission period - any past project of yours can be submitted (so long as it follows the above guidelines).
Can I submit multiple projects? Please submit only 1 project. If you do choose to submit multiple, we reserve the right to pick only 1 of your projects if we feel it is appropriate.
Does my project have to be a game? We accept non-game entries. Books, comics, tools, game assets, etc are also permitted into the bundle. We do not allow adult / NSFW content.
Can I submit adult content to the bundle? No. The contents of the bundle need to be accessible to wider audiences to raise donations.
Does my project need to be completed? Please avoid submitting demos and do not submit unfinished game pages. If your project is divided into episodes or chapters, please submit a completed episode.
How much will the bundle be when it launches? To access all bundle items, a minimum donation of $8 is needed. The bundle will follow a pay-what-you-want model.
Are Steam keys allowed in the bundle? No - all games will be available to download from itch.io only after purchase.
