The PAW Game Jam is in support of the Dogs for Autism charity, and relies on the donations of its participants and/or their sponsors. This is all to provide the funds necessary to train dogs that will help people of all ages with autism to navigate life.

On the starting date, we will release the theme you must base your game around.

Each game will be judged on:

- Theme (Does it fit the theme?)

- Creativity (Is it original? Has it interpreted the theme cleverly?)

- Gameplay (Are the mechanics fun and engaging?)

- Graphics (Is the art style high-quality/charming? Is there game juice?)

- Audio (Are the sound effects and music a good fit? Do they make the experience more immersive?)

Games must not contain any NSFW topics, such as anything sexual or discriminatory, but a bit of blood is fine.

Although not necessary, we would like each participant/group to find a sponsor to donate to the cause via the link below, or to make a donation themselves.

Games must be uploaded in a format supported by itch.io, such as HTML5 or a ZIP file.

After the deadline, applicants will be able to rate others’ projects, but must NOT give deliberately unfair ratings to push their own agenda.
