This game jam is taking place as part of a freshman game design class at Tokyo Denki University in Japan. Students are working on PICO-8 games and will submit them for this jam. The length of time for this jam is long because it constitutes the main part of the class (weeks 7 ~ 12). We invite an international audience to join us. Please feel free to submit your own game, leave comments, and vote. 

Rules

• All games should be made with PICO-8.
• All games should be educational in nature. Any topic is OK! Some examples:
  • Language
  • Maths
  • Geography
  • Psychology
  • Computer science
  • Game design (game-ception)
  • [Your choice here]
• Games can be clear parodies of the genre or can be serious attempts to teach a specific topic. Judging will take both of these elements into consideration. The "Serious|Parody level" voting criteria means
  • Serious: How well does the game teach the target topic
  • Parody: How badly does the game fail at teaching the target topic
