I love this idea, and you accomplished it so simply and well! Nice how you did the X for the eye too within the limitations :D
Ah I love how you've implied the silhouette of the whole fish here, really clever. Also the chopstick position looks so convincingly real!
I love that lil' bit of Wasabi, it gives a nice bright spot to draw your eye in.
