This jam will kick off on PIGSquad's 9th birthday with the theme reveal at 8:30pm April 3rd, and accept submissions through April 24th.

Forming Teams & Community Engagement:

PIGSquad is typically an in-person community based in Portland, Oregon, but we are going totally remote with this jam in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. We encourage anyone online to participate in the jam and form teams with each other regardless of where they are located.

Rules:

• Jam from home!
• All participants, in person or remote, must follow PIGSquad's Code of Conduct.
• We encourage you to jam with new people or on a team, but it is not required. We will be providing resources for team forming at the jam kickoff and throughout the jam timeline.
• You may use pre-existing tools to make games, but please start your jam at the official jam start date after the theme is revealed.
• Jammers retain full ownership of the games they make during the jam.
• Late submissions or submission updates can be accepted - just get in touch with an organizer.

We are hosting this remote game jam in place of our annual pub crawl and our usual April Drink 'n Draw. We encourage you to stay safe & well by employing practices set forth by health experts in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
