  • Looks good, the chosen assets fit the theme nicely. Makes one hate the light even more. The idea of alchemy is visible in the GDD but not (yet) in the "game". Good effort.

This game has very big protentional to be an amazing game but the game mechanics really need some work. It should be easier for the player to play at the beginning  and the screen is too small to play and I don't like playing in full screen to see what I am doing. 1280x720 is a good size for itch.io games on the browser also your GDD needs to be a google link not a downloadable.

Hi thanks for the feedback, but can I ask you to please elaborate further on it? What exactly pare of the current mechanics did you find frustrating and/or think the need works? What trouble did you find at the start that made the game harder to start playing?

As for the screen size I understand that it may be small, but I've had complains in the past that 720p can be  too big for some laptop.

The GDD link has to be included in the downloadable files as per rules:

How long ago did u check? Its changed now

  • You MUST submit your GDD as a Google Drive file not a downloadable PDF.

Say's this in the GDD section of the rules on the jam page.

So when at the start I have to use two different keys just to drop stuff and the way up seems to be I got to go ontop of a box and get up but after I get the box I can't.

In the very beginning area you should have an easy way to get up even a 10 year old could work it out. Its gotta progress in difficulty. I am sure you know and others might of worked it out but I feel the start of the game should be getting use to the game not "Hey lets see how u solve this game".

Yes, it needs to be a Google Drive link. I'm already aware of that (As it already was)
But it also needs to be included in the Downloadable files. That rule is still valid

(I've updated the page, and added a link to it)

It's all good bro u do u I am just saying what was said that is all from mods and thor and the jam page.

Developer

Maybe i'm misunderstanding the rules. I'll ask around

PS. Thanks for the feedback clarifications!! (^u^) Box don't have collision with the player, that is not the intended way to get up. As for the action for dropping objects i'll try to think of an idea to make it easier.

Thank you
