  • I would love to see this fleshed out and what you can do with more time. The art is honestly fantastic and I am intrigued by where the story will go. Wish there was more of the shadow theme and that I got to see more of the alchemy aspects of the game. I can see where you are going, but it's not quite there yet. Truly, I think this could be a fun visual novel. Good job!
  • While the art is honestly very lovely, and the music is done nicely, too (a big fan of being able to adjust my audio settings at any time), I found myself intrigued as to what direction the story was heading, but there wasn't all too much to go off of outside of what seemed like the character found something in the beginning. While this is a visual novel, in terms of playability, I personally would have enjoyed having a bit more to go off of to understand your interpretation of both themes. While it makes sense that the character is looking for items, and is doing alchemic research, wasn't entirely seeing where shadow fits into the game and/or story (unless I read a bit of your GDD to see your explanation). As I'm quite a fan of visual novels, I'm a tad eager to see this expanded upon, because this form of story telling is one of my little wheelhouses, so I shall await to see what comes of this, and how the themes can be expanded upon in the future. Do keep up the good work, all the same.

Meant to be a Visual Novel with RPG Elements and inventory/Alchemic System. There was some lack of time, but what we were able to do I think really showcased some fun stuff!

Extra Notes
It was a really fun experience with the challenge of the theme! I'd love to next time have an even better and more finished project!
