- I found the movement very smooth and easy to control . I feel like some music could have been good to add, the sound effects are nicely done. I like the tower defense part and fight against the dark, with memories being the fuel. Awesome job on the game, and I hope to see you make something next Jam as well!

Hi,
i wanted to make a tower/base defense game where you need to keep the shadow at bay, light resource management mechanics and tower upgrade system.
The idea was that you have to explore the dark map to find memories(on use items) which the main transformer turns into light, this in turn attracts the shadow mobs whom you have to defeat to keep the light from dying out.
Once the player is comfortable with managing the main transformers light(towers, light recovery on hit, on use memory items), they will hopefully venture out to explore and find the memory which can destroy the mob spawners.
After the spawners are destroyed, the boss appears. The thought there was, that the player needs to manage how many upgrades/towers they have left and use the destroy tower memory to keep placing towers in the bosses path and destroy it before it destroys the main transformer. Balance needs work!
Hope you find the game at least somewhat interesting!
