- The game works and plays through all the levels. The first two level could use more of a tutorial-esque character, as it is not clear how one actually defeats and enemy. Running into them in you supposed yin form that is strong results in your death. Making both forms virtually the same, they just offer different abilities. The theme is very weak, daoism has basically nothing to do with the what the game portrays. The light and darkness works for the puzzles, though rudimentary. The fighting part is mostly skipable. Instead of picking terracotta soliders, it would have been better to use wuling as enemies, as they are more easily tied to daosim. Overall I would, if you already pick the theme of taijitu to express light and dark and go into eastern alchemy, to research more, to make use of the rich albeit sometimes esoteric history to make stronger use of the theme and turn it from the weekest point to the strongest.

Extra Notes
We decided to make the Alchemy's them parts more Asian inspired. The yin-yang symbol is a Taijitu which was used by Chinese alchemist's (hence the name). The enemies are inspired by the terracotta army in China which I think is a cool alchemist minion idea.
