  • While the controls were straightforward, and the art and music were done very nicely, unless there was something I missed, at a certain point in playing, I was not able to use items during battle, which felt off-putting for that specific fight. I did find that the way the themes were used to be more simplistic in nature--outside of the adventure being taken by the character and enemies that they had to face; where this would fall under discovering hidden knowledge in alchemy and secret societies in a sense with shadow. Even though I read your GDD, this was my interpretation after playing. I'm intrigued as to where the story will go, and I'm hopeful to see more of this. Keep up the good work, all the same.

You're a cat named Jamcat that heads straight into unknown paths in order to escape the place they were sent to. You pick potions and choose how to use them in combat to get past enemies and get to the boss (may or may not work yet)
