  • Reading through your GDD, I think everything was laid out very well. I appreciated that you included a full color pallet and included samples of the Robot art. I also enjoyed your take on the theme! I felt that having the choice between fulfilling my programming versus being peaceful kept the weight of being a weapon, while also allowing kindness in your actions if you chose to. I did notice in the opening dialogue, the character ' appears as 20/19 in a box (with no line in between, but 20 is on top of 19) in your responses. The actual gameplay felt slow. I was more waiting for the next scripted event with not much to do in between them. I know there was more you wanted to add, like littering, and I hope that you do if you continue work on the game! I like the open-endedness of the choices you have during the events, and that they can have different outcomes for each of the events based on them. All together, I was a bit bored playing as it is, but I am very excited to see where this can go!

Have you checked that your GDD is publicly accessible ?
Yes

Is your game set to public on itch.io so we can see it?
Yes

Summarise your game!
This is a short narrative game where the player has to make decisions that will accept the outcome of the game and how they're treated. A and D to move, E to interact, mouse click to skip dialogue.

Please explain how your game fits the theme:
It's loosely related, the player is a weapon but they might decide against being one.

The dialogue system was cool, and I like the interpretation of the theme by choosing to be a weapon or not. Overall a pretty good game!
