Painfully difficult, but a ton of fun and a great twist!

- Liberty Brick is a very unique game! I'm going to admit that I struggled hard with the first level with the ball, and I was kind of confused with the level with the paddle. I thought I was going to be controlling the paddle, but ultimately I just stopped pressing buttons and it still followed the ball. I loved the Pixel art graphics, the sounds, and the writing! I was very interested in the story. I wish I had found a way to not suck at the game and be able to finish it. The game was on theme with 'you are the weapon.' Good job! I think some in-game clarification for the player to know what he is controlling and when, and when, and why would be much more helpful. I struggled to know what each 'acronym' meant until I read your GDD. Speaking of your GDD, it was very well laid out and clearly explained a lot of pieces that I was missing when playing the game. I always love seeing a development timeline; these help us as judges a lot. Overall I think the visuals, sound, and story were the highlight of this game! Great job!

Yes
Summarise your game!
Liberty Brick is a game based on the popular retro arcade game “Breakout”, but instead of controlling the paddle, the player controls the ball itself, either working to further the goal of the bombastic guide, or taking aim elsewhere.
Please explain how your game fits the theme:
You are the B.411 Superweapon, the projectile of a Breakout game. You have the ability to influence your trajectory, both metaphorically and literally.
Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
The pixel art, the music, and the multiple story paths
