  • Really neat puzzle game with intriguing mechanics, a unique art style, and befitting music. Unfortunately, I spent most of my allotted time trying to solve the first puzzle, only to find out much later that I had to find the other character first—who was completely on the other side of the map. While we could chalk that up to a “skill issue,” a more linear design or smoother onboarding would be preferable. From a gameplay standpoint, there seems to be no reason for that character to be locked away on the opposite side of the puzzles. Nonetheless, the game was fantastic, and I’ll probably revisit it after the judging period is over. The GDD was extremely informative, and some of the planned features are promising. Overall, this was a really solid submission with a lot of potential, and I genuinely enjoyed it! Keep up the great work!

Summarise your game!
You must use your transformation abilities to solve the puzzles of the deep sea dungeon. Nori can't do it alone though, she will have to work together with her best friend, Jumbo to escape!

See the game page description for controls. If the window does not focus, please leave the tab and then return.

Please explain how your game fits the theme:
The core mechanic of the game has to do with transforming the two playable characters into a weapon the other one can use.

Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
Try to solve the puzzles! Some of them might not be obvious, but you can do it if you try. Let me know if anything felt overly frustrating or confusing.
