  • Thank you for your submission! Unfortunately I was unable to play it because it required a download. All submissions need to be a web-build to be played by the judges. I still took a look at your GDD, though. I am a sucker for rogue-like games. I like your concept of waves of orcs and how you have the ability to bless one side or take part yourself. I particularly like when GDDs have a 'Development Timeline' of sorts, where we can see what you had planned, what you succeeded in, and what you had to scrap to accomplish other things. Thank you for your submission, and I'm sorry again that I was unable to play it. I look forward to playing one of your games next Game Jam!

Have you checked that your GDD is publicly accessible ?
yes

Is your game set to public on itch.io so we can see it?
Yes

Summarise your game!
You are a god that blesses humans fighting waves of orcs. You can also possess the humans to fight for them directly.

Please explain how your game fits the theme:
You are the spirit of the land and the weapon of your people. You fight for them, and are ultimately their weapon of victory

Is there anything you'd like the judges to pay particular attention to?
It was written starting from the vulkan tutorial. I didn't have time to do a webgpu backend, so it's not playable on the web. Textures were made with the paint bucket in microsoft paint. It doesn't play in the browser, and it doesn't look 3D, but it is. First game I've ever done from scratch in C++
