Hello. I really like your game, the graphics are nice, the game idea is very interesting and definitely is an enjoyable game, very fun to me because I like a lot the strategy and puzzle games. I think you could win the jam, but I found two problems with your game; first, it has not sound or music to improve the game experience, and the second problem is that your game is hard to run; I really recommend you use a game engine or programming language that allows to people to play the game without emulators or additional installations. Because your game is awesome, but is very likely that very little people plays your game if the player has to install more software. Congratulations, you have a good game. Cheers!
