Graphics is really cool! I love the game over animation! I also like SFX. I did not find the power ups. Maybe you forgot to add that logic or I just didn't find them? Well Done!
The power ups are visible in the top left corner underneath the health bar. You obtain them from chaining multiple mushrooms of the same colour.
