Fun game! I included your game in my Pirate Jam Pre-Jam Skirmish compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

I can tell a-lot of effort went into making it simple. Good Job.

Developer

Thanks, that's true. I originally had different crew members with their own stats and personalities, but it was irritating to keep track of, so I simplified it.

I like the mechanics of just making simple choices, makes it really easy to pick up for a quick play.

I did find after I died I could still continue to press up or down and actions would happen which left me with a higher score than I should have had, but nothing major.

Great job, I really enjoyed playing this!

Developer

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! I didn't have time to make it more complex but maybe it's better to keep it simple in some ways.

Your game's pretty fun! It reminds me of Reigns in terms of mechanics, which I like. Very easy to pick up and to understand the consequences of your actions. I definitely felt like the ship was doomed no matter what I did though, is there an end-date of the voyage?

Thanks! Ya I didn't have time to add an ending so I instead made it like Reigns where you have to survive as long as possible. I originally had crew members with their own individual health/morale but decided to simplify it.
