I would give 4,5 stars if I could because the beginning was a little bland and wishy-washy - but I'm glad I've made it to the end.
The descriptions are palpable and evocative, the vocabulary is equisite, the usage of folk elements is amazing AND THERE IS LESBIAN MONSTER FUCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you're into old gothic fantasy novels and monster girls it's totally worth your time >:3
