Have you ever played a good game, like Endeavor, Diamond Hollow 2, Focus, or Ballance, and thought to yourself,

Hmm, it would be nice if this game had more levels, more polish, a level editor, widescreen support...

Me too! Which is why I'm hosting Remake Jam this year.

The only requirement is that you remake an existing game (video game or TTRPG) and add on to it. Give it some clever new spin. You can even make a mod for the original or a translation. It just has to be something that improves on the original experience.

The game you remake can be made by you or someone else. In fact, it might be better if it's your own game since it allows you to see how you improved!

You can work during the jam period, or before, or after. It's really all up to you. Just HAVE FUN!!!

(Oh, and don't forget to contact the original creator[s] if possible. They might not give permission, maybe their game is trademarked, or maybe it would just warm their heart that someone cares about something they made. Maybe they'll give you some more info about stuff they wanted to add or lore about the game. It's worth it!)
