The Jam is now over and big applause to all who submitted their games.

A special mention to https://retromakes.itch.io/mad-marbles that managed to get #1 in three of the four voting categories.

Also a shout out to https://jgordon510.itch.io/p8rdle and https://hiknapolitano.itch.io/rocket-little that shared the #1 spot in the category Game concept - How does it compare to the inspiration?

Hopefully some of those not submitting also got started on doing something.

A new Reamke or Demake game jam will be launched quarterly, maybe with some modifications on the rules (suggestions are welcome).

Welcome to a game jam where You create either a remake of any older game in a modern fashion, or make a oldie but goldie version of a game of today.

You can do an 8-bit version of an FPS or RPG, or make a third person version of Dig Dug (okay, that might end up being a Minecraft clone, but You get the idea) - go creative and bananas, let Yourself be inspired by existing game(s) and take them to another level.

Rules

• Own made assets, made specifically for the jam, are encouraged but assets that are free to use for any one (Public Domain) can also be used. 
• You can work solo or in teams of up to four persons.
• No NSFW content!
• Any game engine can be used.

Submission
A good idea is to submit Your game in a way that is playable in a browser. That makes it so much easier for other people to play and vote on Your game.

Voting
Voting starts directly when the submission time is passed and last for five days. Only contributors can vote.
