What did you revive?
My idea for a screenplay and my idea for an FMV game. Two ideas combined into one.
Did you use any modifiers? If so which?
*Early to bed, late to rise: I spent 10 days working on this & started late in the jam's cycle.
*Bare bones: The game is all text & code. No sound or art.
*Skeleton: There is a skeleton in one of the endings.
What was your goal? Did you succeed? Any noteworthy lessons?
My main goal was to complete and publish a game. It had been 6 months since I started, finished, and published a game. I also wanted to try doing a text-adventure game without graphics. I like writing, but I hadn't been writing lately either, so this was a way to do that, too. There were some character lessons I learned in this. There are some character tropes I have used too much in my writings that I would like to retire now. I also got good practice in making a text-adventure game. This game is short by most measures, but compared to my other games, it might be my longest game yet. I would like to continue learning more about and making more text-adventures.
Who all worked on your submission?
I, SnakeWinter made this game.
Did you use any noteworthy assets in your project? If so what?
No.
