Did someone mention HORRORRRRRRRRRRR!! Oh yeah, thats coming later in the year, so what better way that to host a HORROR jam!!
--
Whether you are just starting out in game dev or are an experience dev - All you need to take part in the jam is to have a love for HORROR and wanting to create a game.
There is no particular theme, as long as the game has horror elements, thats is the requirement.
**Please note** - If there is any sensitive stuff, please make sure this is flagged in the description when the game is submitted. The jury reserve the right to not play, feedback and remove (if necessary) games which are too much and particularly awful.
NOW - DO YOU DARE TAKE PART!!??
All submissions can be either submitted in discord or on itch.io
You can join the discord here : https://discord.gg/Wz2xRhaRPH
The jury for this will consist of horror content creators from the CEOs of Screams (A fantastic Twitch Stream Team. You can find them here: https://www.twitch.tv/team/ceosofscreams and https://twitter.com/CEOsOfScreams and of course members of the Indieverse Community.
Including so many experienced horror content creators means we can get well rounded opinions. Voting will be judged against:
- Scare / horror element
- Story / Background to the gameplay
- Aesthetics used within the game
- Sound Design
These will be scaled on a 1-5 rating scale. Feedback will be provided to all participants by the judges and games will be open to be streamed by the content creators should they so wish (However, this is not a necessity and should not be expected from the judges)
